Bringing agricultural innovation and technology to the doorstep of Hawke's Bay and East Coast Sheep & Beef Farmers
The two-day expo in February 2026 is an opportunity to network, educate, learn and celebrate agricultural innovation that complements farming on the North Island’s East Coast.
Hosted by the Wairoa Community Development Trust, the expo will be a unique opportunity for the agricultural industry to interact face-to-face with the East Coast and Hawke’s Bay farming communities.
The expo is the ideal opportunity to launch new products or release new research and technology, directly to a target audience. Exhibits must showcase agricultural based products and or services for the East Coast Sheep and Beef industry.
Trade sites have been designed to provide an intimate platform for exhibitors to showcase their leading edge products and services. Equally, farmers and landowners will get to explore new ideas and have their questions answered, in an exclusive and specialised environment.
Exhibitor Information & Site options
Site fees will include one power connection at each site.
All marquee sites are have grass surface
Marquee Covered Site
Exhibit Size 3m wide x 2.4m $650 + GST
No sub-letting is allowed in covered sites.
Uncovered Outside Sites - UNCOVERED
Full Size 12m wide x 12m deep $850 + GST
Half Size 12m wide x 6m deep $750 + GST
1/4 Size 6m wide x 6m deep $650 + GST
4m wide x 3m deep $380 + GST
Sub letting fee is $100 + GST for uncovered sites only
Exhibition hours
Exhibitors are required to man their displays from:
9am to 4pm on Wednesday 18 February 2026 and
9am to 4pm Thursday 19 February 2026

Ticket allocation
Exhibitors will be provided with an allocation of complimentary exhibitor tickets, determined by site size and the number of sites booked. These can be given to clients, industry members and suppliers to attend.
Excellent cell phone coverage is available throughout the showgrounds.
